The aim of the Kaeira project was to create a warm and lively village environment with houses being lined up side by side conforming to the classical concept of design.

 

The underlying objective was to ensure that the final design was completely removed from the city structure order.

 

The buildings were designed in order to capture the Mediterranean village style. Spacious areas have been created around the buildings. The project was designed to capture the ancient Aegean city culture which has been developed by adding small ponds near the walking paths.

 

In general, the aim was to create an atmosphere suitable for relaxing and unwinding, a social area has been designed for sunbathing and resting.

 

As well as  a café bar and a swimming pool there is  a fitness room, Jacuzzi, a sauna, there is also an area for While water walls combined by landscape and rock structure brings an old Mediterranean village concept into life, modern Mediterranean and Ancient Aegean cultures has also been used in the design.
