CHOICE OF HOUSES
The development will consist of only 31 exclusive duplex houses. The houses offer spacious living and there are four options to choose from. Type A and B consists of 2 bedrooms and Type C and D consists of 1 bedroom.

Blue Nature Resort and Spa offers the facilities of a 5 star hotel and will be managed as a hotel with hotel staff on site 24 hours of the day. The resort will further offer the following facilities:

Owners will be able to use the freehold property themselves for 90 days per year. When not used, the hotel will manage the property.
Based on standard in the area, net rental returns to owners will be 6, 8% based on a 50% occupation rate.
All similar hotels in Pipa operate on 70% yearly average occupation ratios, and it is expected that Blue Nature will outperform the others as Blue Nature is more upmarket and better located.
A 70% occupation ratio would return each Blue Nature property owner 10, 2%, NET after expenses.
