Beach View Palace is located in the sector of ‘Bella Vista’ (Beautiful View), right in the heart of Porlamar, the business capital of Isla Margarita. Beach view palace is a beautiful apartment building of eight floors and located right on the beach.

From its location it is only a few metres away for good restaurants and several hotels. On the beach you will find lots of small Kiosks where you can have a meal or just a couple of beers

 La Isla Margarita, known as the "Pearl of the Caribbean", is a mountainous tropical Caribbean island located 38km off the north shore of Venezuela situated west of Trinidad and Tobago and south of Grenada, only 11 degrees north of the equator.

This tax free Island is the most southerly of the Caribbean Islands overshadowed by its “big boy” neighbours, such as the Bahamas, St Lucia, Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados and Jamaica. The island is located under the hurricane belt and therefore is not affected by severe storms or hurricanes.
